Leadership Update: Jarrett Ransom Named Interim CEO of Gideon’s Promise

Jarrett R. Ransom, MBA, serves as the Interim CEO of Gideon’s Promise, bringing over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience and a national reputation as a strategist, capacity-builder, and change agent for mission-driven organizations. Born in Georgia and raised in South Carolina, she now lives in Arizona.

As President and CEO of The Rayvan Group, a consulting firm she founded in 2009, Jarrett has worked exclusively with nonprofits across the country, guiding them through periods of growth, change, and transformation.

She is a seasoned interim executive who has stepped into 11 interim leadership roles, including CEO, COO, and Chief Development Officer, for nonprofit organizations ranging from grassroots startups to multi-million-dollar institutions. Jarrett holds a certificate from the Interim Executives Academy, equipping her to provide stability, clarity, and strategic direction during times of organizational transition.

At Gideon’s Promise, Jarrett brings her deep expertise in strategic planning, fundraising strategy, and organizational leadership to help steward the organization through a pivotal chapter. She is focused on strengthening infrastructure, aligning internal operations with long-term goals, and ensuring that mission and impact remain at the center of all decision-making.
